How we can help
IASAQ assists families, older people, backpackers, and migrants - both newly arrived and established - and offers support to those who are ill or injured and their loved ones. We also take pride in celebrating the Irish diaspora’s incredible contributions to Queensland's growth and culture.
With strong ties to the Embassy of Ireland, Canberra, IASAQ is also here to help with passport forms and guidance.
Our Outreach and Referral Support Program (ORSP) provides resources, support, information, and referrals to other service providers depending on each person's circumstances.

Since 2007, IASAQ has been dedicated to supporting the Irish Australian community in Queensland with care, compassion, and a helping hand whenever it's needed. Our focus is on supporting families, the elderly, backpackers, and migrants - both newly arrived and established - as well as offering support to those who are ill or injured and their loved ones.
We also take pride in celebrating the incredible contributions of the Irish Diaspora to Queensland’s growth and culture. Throughout the year, we bring people together through a variety of events, functions, and networking opportunities, creating connections across Queensland. Wherever help is needed – IASAQ is here.
